To do so, it received support from Cámara de Gipuzkoa’s consulting team, which helped turn its ideas into a sound and viable business project. **THE CHALLENGE** The aim was to clearly define the business model, analyse the market, identify new growth opportunities and prepare a strong application for the Basque Government’s **MerkaEkin programme**. **THE PROPOSED SOLUTION** Cámara de Gipuzkoa’s consulting team supported MIMA Etxeko Osagaiak throughout the process, working together to draw up a business plan and analyse areas such as financial viability, commercial strategy, positioning and future development plans. **RESULTS** The process gave MIMA Etxeko Osagaiak a **clear roadmap for growth**, helped identify new opportunities and provided a management tool to support more confident decision-making.
