Should this circumstance arise, and for the purposes of collaborating with the justice system, the Gipuzkoa Chamber may record, and subsequently give the Police, prior presentation of the legally required court order, information regarding the IP address that identifies the User's connection, as well as the exact connection time, user names and passwords, among other data. In any case, the IP address and connection times are only recorded in those services in which there is a suspicion that a user may be illegally using said services.
Collaboration with authorities
For legal reasons, the Gipuzkoa Chamber can, and must, facilitate any information required of it by the competent authorities under Spanish law. Should this circumstance arise, and for the purposes of collaborating with the justice system, the Gipuzkoa Chamber may record, and subsequently give the Authorities, information regarding the IP address that identifies the User's connection, as well as the exact connection time, user names and passwords, among other data.
