Global Training Grants

For young people for internships abroad

The Global Training scholarships are designed to promote international mobility. The companies demand prepared people and this experience gives the youth of Euskadi the possibility of acquiring the skills and knowledge necessary for professional performance with the added value of being able to do it in an international and multicultural environment.

This program offers the opportunity to train professionally abroad, performing paid internships in companies or institutions, appropriate to the academic specialty of each young person.

Objectives

• To boost young people's internationalisation through internships abroad that are directly linked with a professional activity.
• To promote economic and social cohesion through cooperation between different agents, generating mutual benefits both for the young person and the company involved.
• To strengthen the role of practical international learning as a generator of citizenship, knowledge, intercultural dialogue and an openness towards other cultures and people.
