The feasibility plan or business plan is an essential element in the process of setting up a new business. This document serves as a guide that will enable us to develop each of the basic aspects in the process of developing our business project. Preparing this document has a double function:

• On one hand, it forces us to reflect, and enables us to detect any possible existing gaps, which will help us to make the right decisions.
• On the other hand, it represents a letter of presentation for the project before institutions, financial entities and potential investors.
