The certificate of origin is an international goods certificate that export companies process to comply with customs and consulate requirements, documentary credits, etc.
The certificate of origin is processed at the Gipuzkoa Chamber of Commerce before which the exporter will provide the documentary evidence that the goods in question have been produced or manufactured in the indicated country.
The application is made online, on the DOCUEXPORT platform, which is accessed through:
- Digital certificate: For those who have a CAMERFIRMA Digital Certificate or an electronic ID or an IZENPE digital certificate.
- User name and password.
ATA Carnets
This is an international goods certificate that allows for the temporary admission of goods and which enables any type of merchandise, provided it is not perishable, to travel beyond its borders and returned to its original departure point at a later date. The ATA carnet is the quickest and most economical way to carry out Customs formalities:
- To be shown at commercial Trade Fairs and Exhibitions, whether private or official.
- So that travelling sales representatives can show their samples in several countries without having to change documentation.
- To be used when carrying out professional work such as press, radio, film, technical installations, theatre, sporting events, etc.
At present, the applicant must be 100% present in person to process the application, after requesting the forms by telephone or e-mail.
